Our Commitment to GDPR Compliance

QR Styler is committed to ensuring the security and protection of the personal information that we process, and to providing a compliant and consistent approach to data protection. We have always had a robust and effective data protection program in place which complies with existing law and abides by the data protection principles. However, we recognize our obligations in updating and expanding this program to meet the demands of the GDPR.

How QR Styler Complies with GDPR

We have appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO) who is responsible for overseeing our data protection strategy and its implementation to ensure compliance with GDPR requirements.

2. Data Processing

We have reviewed all our data processing activities to ensure they comply with GDPR requirements. This includes:

  • Ensuring that we only collect and process the minimum amount of data necessary
  • Implementing appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure data security

4. Data Breach Notification

We conduct Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) for data processing activities that are likely to result in a high risk to the rights and freedoms of individuals.

6. International Data Transfers

We ensure that any international transfers of personal data are conducted in compliance with GDPR requirements, using appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.

  • Right of access: You have the right to request a copy of the information that we hold about you.

  • Right of portability: You have the right to have the data we hold about you transferred to another organization.

  • Right to object to automated processing: You have the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing.
